1. Booking & deposit
A €30 non-refundable deposit secures your appointment. The deposit is deducted from your final bill on the day.
2. Cancellation policy
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Inside 48 hours the deposit is forfeited. No-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.
3. Late arrivals
More than 20 minutes late and we may need to reschedule. Please call ahead if you're delayed in traffic.
4. Hair preparation
Arrive with hair washed, fully detangled and product-free unless otherwise instructed. Cleansing wash is included in every service but heavy detangling on-site incurs a €25 surcharge.
5. Quoted prices
All prices "from" — final quote depends on length, density and braid size. Confirmed at the start of your consultation, never after.
6. Children
Under-13s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full appointment.
7. Payment
We accept Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.
